The City of Fort Wayne uses this site 1) to process inquiries for police reports, public records and non-party subpoena production requests; and 2) to deliver responsive records to the requestor electronically via secure link.

This site is the preferred method for requests. Due to the high volume of inquiries, requests made via other methods - US mail, fax or email - are not guaranteed a response.

Fort Wayne Police Department requests will be processed and delivered solely via this site.

For fastest availability of most Fort Wayne Police Department crash reports 24 hours after the event, go to buycrash.com for online payment and download from that site.

Payment may be required before compiling and delivering records. Invoices will be sent via this site and may be conveniently paid online or via alternative payment methods listed on the invoice. However, personal checks are not accepted, and cash will not be accepted via US mail.

***PLEASE NOTE: If you are a defendant in a criminal or traffic case, contact your attorney for access to the relevant police reports and dash or body camera footage through the normal discovery process.***
